  Cocoa  Truffles  recipe 

Preparation:
1 Break the chocolate into small pieces
   and whisk gently with coffee in a double boiler
   (or bowl placed in hot water) until smooth and melted.

2 Cover mixture and refrigerate for a few hours or
   overnight (until firm).

3 Scoop small teaspoonfuls of coffee/chocolate
   mixture and roll into 1-inch "truffle" balls with
   your hands (or leave them as rough chunks).

4 Toss truffles in cocoa powder until lightly dusted.

5 Stire refrigerated truffles in an airtight container
   and enjoy!


The sweetness of milk chocolate blends with the
bitterness of unsweetened cocoa and strong coffee
beautifully.
